Website Design & Finalization
In this sprint, the website design is finalized. A complete sitemap is defined, user flows are mapped, and a content strategy is developed. Visual designs are completed across devices, responsive versions refined, and developer handoff materials prepared.
Product Discovery & Research
Attention turns to the web application, beginning with user discovery. In-depth user interviews and competitor benchmarking highlight opportunities and needs. Features are prioritized for MVP and future phases, personas are refined for product focus, and business requirements are documented.

Product Architecture & Information Design
This sprint builds the product’s information architecture and experience foundation. Navigation structures are established, user stories and scenarios are mapped, and a modular system approach is applied. Content strategy is extended to include microcopy, error states, and system messaging.
Product Wireframes & Prototyping
The seventh sprint is dedicated to wireframing and prototyping. Low-fidelity wireframes are created for all screens, with high-fidelity versions for critical flows. Interactive prototypes are built to support user testing, while navigation design and responsive planning are finalized.
Product UI Design & Design System
The final sprint delivers the complete UI and design system. Core screens, dashboards, and data visualizations are designed in detail. Forms, interaction patterns, and components are consolidated into a design system, with documentation, style guides, and developer handoff packages prepared for implementation.
